The spring platform for the sector closed its doors in Cologne on Monday, 8th February with good results and satisfied participants. 223 suppliers from 23 countries provided 4,150 trade visitors with a comprehensive market overview covering the latest equestrian sport articles. "The manufacturers have once again demonstrated their innovativeness in Cologne", said Oliver P. Kuhrt, Executive Vice President Koelnmesse GmbH. "In particular the demand from abroad has once again increased. The fair has thus sent out positive signals for the future development of the industry. That is what characterizes a leading sector fair." With a foreign share of over 65 percent in terms of exhibitors and 54 percent on the visitors' side, spoga horse was once again the absolute focal point for the specialist equestrian sport world. There were also top marks from many exhibitors: "A great many international visitors and high visitor quality", was the general message from the stands.
